Services
- Service Contracts: We offer annual service contracts for vehicles to provide preventive maintenance and to ensure that the spare parts meet the specific requirements of the customers.
- Warranty:The warranty covers all major aggregates for a period of 12 months plus 24 months Extension warranty. During the warranty period, we undertake repairs or replacements of defective components without any charge (TAFE's warranty Terms).
- Onsite Breakdown Support: If a vehicle breakdowns during or after the warranty period, we offer the services of our mechanics at the breakdown site on a chargeable basis.
- Service Support Team: Our technically qualified, experienced after-sales service team is here to support any service breakdowns and provide training to drivers and mechanics. Frequent visits from the TAFE technical team support the customers.
- Training of Drivers: We offer basic training for drivers on vehicle control, maintenance and safety, before the delivery of the vehicles at no charge.
- Training for Mechanics: We offer free training for mechanics on regular maintenance, mechanical and electrical faults, trouble shooting, engine repairs, major overhaul and more before the delivery of the vehicles.
TAFE ensures that all Tractor parts and Accessories are supported in the field, and made available through TAFE authorized stockists, distributors and through TAFE authorized service centres.
